Cancel anytime. No runaround.

You can cancel Pro at any time, in a few clicks: Settings → Plan → Manage subscription.

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period, whether that's a month or a year.
• You keep full Pro access until then, and you won't be charged again.
• Afterwards your account moves to the free Starter plan. Your data stays unless you delete it.
• To cancel during your trial, do it any time before the trial ends and you won't be charged the full price.

Deleting your account also cancels your subscription. If you can't get into your account, email contact@trykosh.com and we'll cancel it for you.

New Pro subscriptions start with a 7-day trial that costs ₹99, charged when the trial starts. At the end of the trial, the plan you chose renews automatically at full price (₹2,000 a month or ₹19,999 a year, including GST) unless you cancel first. We email you 2 days before the trial ends so it never catches you out.

The ₹99 trial fee is non-refundable, except where it was charged in error.

If Pro isn't right for you, you can ask for a full refund of your first full charge after the trial, monthly or yearly, within 7 days of that charge. No questions asked. We'll refund it and end your Pro access when the refund is processed.

Renewals after your first full charge are non-refundable. We don't give partial refunds for unused days, weeks or months once the 7-day window has passed. Cancel before your next renewal date to avoid being charged again.

Yearly plans renew for another full year. We send a pre-debit notification before every automatic charge, as RBI rules require.

If you were charged twice, charged after you cancelled, charged the wrong amount, or charged because of a fault on our side, we'll refund the incorrect amount in full. This applies at any time, including to trial fees and renewals.

Email contact@trykosh.com from the email address on your Kosh account. Please include:

• the invoice number (it's on the invoice email from Dodo Payments);
• the date and amount of the charge;
• a line on what went wrong, if it's a billing error.

Asking from your account email helps us confirm the request is really from you.

Payments for Kosh are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method (the UPI account, card or bank account you paid with) through Dodo Payments. They usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. We can't refund to a different account or in cash.

If something looks wrong on your statement, please write to us before you raise a dispute with your bank. We can usually fix it faster than a chargeback, which can take weeks. If a chargeback is raised, we may pause the account until it's resolved.

Nothing in this policy affects any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other Indian law. If you're unhappy with how we handled a refund, you can contact our Grievance Officer.
