- Kosh is educational. It is not a SEBI-registered investment adviser or research analyst, a broker, an RBI-regulated entity, or a chartered accountant.
- Tax figures are estimates. Check them against Form 16, AIS and Form 26AS before you file.
- AI can make mistakes. Verify anything important against your statements and official sources.
- Markets carry risk. Nothing here is a promise of returns.
- Kosh earns no commissions, so it has no product to push.
01Educational, not advice
Everything Kosh shows you, including summaries, recommendations, goal plans, market briefs and chat answers, is general information for educational purposes. It's based only on the data you give it and is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security, fund, insurance policy or other financial product.
Kosh is an educational financial planning tool by Primedepth Labs. It is not a SEBI-registered investment adviser and does not offer personalised investment advice, hold your money or execute trades. Markets carry risk; read scheme documents carefully and consult a registered adviser before acting.
02What we are not
Primedepth Labs and Kosh are not:
- an investment adviser or research analyst registered with SEBI under the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013 or the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014;
- a stock broker, depository participant, mutual fund distributor or insurance intermediary;
- a bank, NBFC, payment system operator or any other RBI-regulated entity;
- a chartered accountant or tax practitioner, and we don't file returns for you.
Kosh can't move money, place orders or execute trades. It never asks for bank logins, OTPs, PINs or card numbers.
03Tax estimates
Kosh estimates your tax under both the old and new regimes. The rules it uses (slabs, rebates, deductions, surcharge and cess) are researched from official sources by an AI agent, rather than typed in by hand. That keeps them current, but they may still contain errors or miss recent changes.
- Estimates depend on the statements and details you give. Income or deductions Kosh doesn't know about will change the result.
- Before you file, check your figures against your Form 16, Annual Information Statement (AIS), Form 26AS and the Income Tax Department's own resources.
- For anything complex, such as capital gains, business income, foreign assets or notices, speak to a chartered accountant.
We aren't responsible for tax, interest or penalties that arise from relying on an estimate.
04AI can be wrong
Kosh uses AI to read statements, categorise transactions and write what you see. It can misread a figure, put a transaction in the wrong category, rely on out-of-date information or sound more certain than it should. Treat its output as a starting point. Check important numbers against your original statements, and don't act on anything you don't understand.
05Markets carry risk
Investments in securities markets are subject to market risk. Read all scheme and offer documents carefully before investing. Past performance doesn't indicate future returns, and projections, such as how a SIP might grow, are illustrations, not guarantees.
The morning market brief on Pro summarises public news and data. It may be delayed or incomplete, and it is not a research report or a call to trade.
06No commissions, no conflicts
Kosh doesn't earn commissions, referral fees or incentives from any bank, fund house, broker, insurer or lender. When Kosh mentions a type of product or a provider, it's because it may fit what you've told it, not because anyone paid for the mention. We're paid only by your subscription.
07You stay in charge
